Hey everybody!
So the temperature this week is going to stay in the 90’s! A great time to get in your pool! However, with the heat comes fatigue, and with fatigue comes laziness! And we all know when we get lazy, exercising goes straight out the window! A great way to get exercise, cool down, and have fun is to get in your pool and exercise! So here are a couple exercises you can do in the pool and still have a great time.
1. Kickboard Drills
-Using a kickboard, swim four laps freestyle using only your legs to propel you through the water.
-Rest for one minute after you first set, then repeat.

It’s surprisingly cool here in Sacramento this week! But, here at Leisure Time we are always thinking about having fun in the sun! So your kids or grandkids are coming over to swim… Or maybe your child is having a pool party… Whatever the case, there are so many games that kids can play in the pool that will maximize their exercise and enhance their fun! Hey everybody!
Sorry for the hiatus, but we have been EXTREMELY busy here at Leisure Time. So much, in fact, that we have hired three new employees! Brittany – Pool Technician, Carlton – Repairs, and Ray – Office Manager. They will be happy to help you with anything you need! Hey everybody! Sorry for the hiatus, but Leisure Time has been incredibly busy (which is good) lately with the summer season kickin’ off! Recently, we have had a lot of calls regarding swimming pool sweep problems.
Two of the most common problems people voice are:
1) “My pool sweep is not moving.”
-or-
2) “My pool sweep only stays in one end of the pool.”

Hey everybody! Though the weekend was good, it feels great to be back to work at Leisure Time. The rest of the week looks like good weather with 70-80’s in the early week with temperatures climbing to the 90’s late weekend. A perfect time to get into your swimming pool ready for the weekend sun!
So, today’s topic: Swimming Pool Exercises.

Hey all! Recently, there have been many reports in the news and social grapevine of safety regarding pets and swimming pools. Our pets are our most beloved friends and if anything happened to them, we not only feel heartbroken, but also responsible. Leisure Time wants to help reduce the amount of swimming pool pet accidents by giving all pool owners some tips to preventing these situations.
