Terms of Service
Effective Date: 1-1-2026
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the provision of swimming pool maintenance, cleaning, and related services (“Services”) by Leisure Time Pool Service & Repair (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).
- SERVICES PROVIDED
- We provide swimming pool services, including, but not limited to:
- Routine pool cleaning and maintenance
- Chemical balancing and water testing
- Equipment inspection and minor repairs
- Filter cleaning and system checks
- Specific services and frequency will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice.
- SERVICE SCHEDULING
- Services are performed on a recurring schedule (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly) or as otherwise agreed.
- We will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent service days; however, schedules may change due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Missed service due to weather or access issues may be rescheduled at our discretion.
- ACCESS TO PROPERTY
- Customer must provide safe and unobstructed access to the pool area.
- Pets must be secured during service visits.
- Locked gates, aggressive animals, or unsafe conditions may result in skipped service, and charges may still apply.
- CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain proper water levels unless otherwise agreed.
- Notify us of any known issues with pool equipment.
- Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are operational.
- PRICING & PAYMENT
- Service fees are outlined in your agreement or invoice.
- Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
- Late payments may incur fees or suspension of service.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.
- CHEMICALS & MATERIALS
- Chemicals required for proper pool maintenance may be included or billed separately depending on your plan.
- Prices for chemicals may vary based on market conditions.
- REPAIRS & ADDITIONAL WORK
- Repairs outside routine maintenance will require customer approval.
- Emergency repairs may be performed without prior approval if necessary to prevent damage, with notification provided as soon as possible.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Pre-existing equipment issues
- Improper installation or aging systems
- Acts of nature, weather, or debris
- Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
- WATER QUALITY DISCLAIMER
- While we strive to maintain proper water balance, factors beyond our control (weather, usage, contaminants) may affect water clarity and sanitation.
- We do not guarantee perfectly clear water at all times.
- CANCELLATION & TERMINATION
- Either party may terminate service with [30 days] written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur for non-payment or unsafe conditions.
- SAFETY
- Customer acknowledges that swimming pools present inherent risks.
- We are not responsible for injuries occurring on the property.
- GOVERNING LAW
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
- We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Customers will be notified of material changes.
- ACCEPTANCE
- By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
